Artist's Statement

Suzanne is a multidisciplinary artist, this year exhibiting oil paintings and encaustic paintings.  Something "Fishy" is going on....in the world, as theme....

In anticipation of her upcoming artist residency @arctichideaway on a remote island off of Bødo, in northern Norway, thoughts are of islands, water, fishing, and weather.

Suzanne has a M.A. in Creative Arts in Education from Lesley University, B.A. from University of Mich., ceramics certificate from the graduate degree program at U. of Wisc. , has studied in France, Germany, participated in many workshops such as at Haystack in Maine and Castle Hill in Truro on the Cape. Suzanne has had a studio at 6 Vernon St. for over 20 years where she has become known for showing new surprising work every year. Come see her colorful uplifting studio!
