Artist's Statement

I started making pottery at a young age and it has become a lifelong passion. I make functional and sculptural pieces on the potter's wheel. I love to play with color and texture and am always experimenting with new forms and creative ways to alter pieces. I especially enjoy making planters (with drainage!) since caring for houseplants is also a passion of mine.
