Artist's Statement

Adrianne Mathiowetz is a Boston-based portrait and documentary photographer. She was the Photo Director for hyper-local news magazines Scout Somerville and Scout Cambridge (now defunct). She is a graduate of The Salt Institute of Documentary Studies, and her work has appeared in The New York Times, Wired, Bust, The Guardian, Vice, The Boston Globe, Fast Company, Forbes, the Star Tribune, on Buzzfeed, and has been exhibited at the Inside Out Gallery, the Mpls Photo Center and The Soap Factory, amongst others.
